Ustoff Welk is a former pirate and close friend of Lady Raven. He also established and runs the Dragon’s Maw Bathhouse located under the Dragon’s Claw Tavern.

Those who know Ustoff know that he is a purveyor of rumors and leads on lucrative work in the region. However, much of the information that he trades in is not suitable for most adventurers and is more suited for those who specifically come to seek him out.
